When one appreaciates a piece of art, even a very small feature. It is always nice to find the name of the artist. Too often (at least for myself) I find some art that I really appreciate but cannot find the name of the artist. So one can imagine how pleasing it was to find who created a particular picture that was featured in my previous post. ‘Enhanced Exposure’, Antoine Kruk.
According to his site. A Franco Japanese artist based in Paris, a natural fit it would appear. Kruk comfortably straddles both French and Japanese clients. A very wide ranging yet persistently chic clientele. Highlights include Le Crazy Horse Paris, Thierry Muglar, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Nina Ricci, Valentino and Chanel. Fashion publications including Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair and Issue One. The ultimate crossover of chic culture must be Maison de la Culture de Japon a Paris. As a fan of both French style and Japanese culture, Kruk incorporates both Parisian style and a slight anime touch. A sense of humour breathes though the 3rd and 4th pictures, somethingt that is not seen near enough in my opinion. In essence, I want to see much more of Kruk’s craft.
